How to Use Flaxseed?
The easy way to use flaxseed in everyday diet is -
- Roste the Flax seed
- Grind them and make a powder
- Take one big tablespoon every day with warm water and drink 1 to 2 full glass of water
- or Mix the Flaxseed in warm water and wait for 3 minutes and then drink it.
